OH WOW!!! Yesterdays wedding was just non stop fun and one of my most enjoyable weddings I’ve been to despite being there to do a job! I LOVED Kari and Matt’s movie themed wedding and found myself trying to spot the details from around the venue and to which movie they were from. From Lord of the Rings to Harry Potter, the theming and even the music all tied in beautifully with this rustic outdoors tipi wedding! The weather was astonishing with an incredible sunset! There are so many amazing photos from this wedding I’ve struggled to decide which ones to share but here are a few from a day that I would want to mirror my own wedding day from!

Many thanks to Keri & Matt for choosing me to capture this special day, to Fosters for feeding me so well as they always do and to Park view Farm in Wokingham for hosting this wonderful wedding!

Wow, it has been a busy week but we kicked off with a fantastic wedding at ‘The Mill at Elstead’ for Devon and Ian! The weather was bright, sunny and hot and all the ducks came out to play (Devon loves ducks)! Devon and Ian had hire the most beautiful VW I’ve ever seen and we got some fantastic photos with it! We were even lucky enough to take advantage of a big old red double decker bus that turned up delivering a works group that to separate level at the pub so we took advantage of that and got a couple of fun photos! The staff at ‘The mill at Elstead’ I could not fault. They were so accommodating to not only all the guests but myself including! All the guests were so lovely and I could have chatted to them for a lot longer had I’d not been working but it shows that the guests really do add to the day! Oh and how could we forget the best man who was also part of the band! I’d like to thank Devon and Ian for choosing to capture they’re special day! More photos to come soon!

What a day it was at De Vere Horwood’s most recent wedding! Adam and Lacey had a fantastic day and despite some shower we still managed to get everything done that we want! Group photos, a walk around the grounds, and my personal favourite, a special closing shot! Adam and Lacey had done such a great job with a ton of decorations to dress the rooms up and it all looked so good! With a number of close friends and family to support them both it all came together to make one of the most memorable moments of their happy new lives together! I’d like to wish a massive congratulations to them both!

My penultimate wedding this week took place at a church in the heart of the old town in Hemel Hempstead. We had a lovely hour long service that took place in the stunning structure before heading outside for some group photos and then onto the reception. There were some touching moments as gifts were given along with speeches translated into English from those from overseas. The room had been decorated beautifully and was a perfect setting for the new happy couple. I’d like to congratulate the new Mr & Mrs Cleary!

Last week I had the privilege of capturing yet another stunning wedding at Ufton Court! This time this amazing venue was the host to Lucy and Tom’s wedding. Everyone had a fabulous day and despite a few downpours we still managed to get get outside for group photos and some of the happy couple! Special thanks to Ufton Court for putting on such a wonderful wedding and to Croppers in Bloom for providing the flowers!
