What a day it was at De Vere Horwood’s most recent wedding! Adam and Lacey had a fantastic day and despite some shower we still managed to get everything done that we want! Group photos, a walk around the grounds, and my personal favourite, a special closing shot! Adam and Lacey had done such a great job with a ton of decorations to dress the rooms up and it all looked so good! With a number of close friends and family to support them both it all came together to make one of the most memorable moments of their happy new lives together! I’d like to wish a massive congratulations to them both!

My penultimate wedding this week took place at a church in the heart of the old town in Hemel Hempstead. We had a lovely hour long service that took place in the stunning structure before heading outside for some group photos and then onto the reception. There were some touching moments as gifts were given along with speeches translated into English from those from overseas. The room had been decorated beautifully and was a perfect setting for the new happy couple. I’d like to congratulate the new Mr & Mrs Cleary!

Last week I had the privilege of capturing yet another stunning wedding at Ufton Court! This time this amazing venue was the host to Lucy and Tom’s wedding. Everyone had a fabulous day and despite a few downpours we still managed to get get outside for group photos and some of the happy couple! Special thanks to Ufton Court for putting on such a wonderful wedding and to Croppers in Bloom for providing the flowers!

So much emotion….! It was a pleasure to capture Katy and Jason’s wedding which took place at a gorgeous church in Warfield near Bracknell and then moving onto Rivervale for the reception. What made this ceremony special was that the service was conducted by the best man and a friend of theirs. So much emotion could be seen in Jason’s face as Katy in all her stunning glory walked up the isle. Even one of the little bridesmaids was reduced to tears on a number of occasions.
The weather was perfect all day with scattered sunshine but plenty of cloud as well giving us lots of nice flat light moments. Rivervale has always been one of my favourite local venues because of its ability to cater for great outdoor and indoor photo’s. Even if it rains theres so many good indoor locations for photos. Thankfully though that never became an issue. Such a wonderful and chatty crowd really made Katy & Jasons day with their support and love to them!
Please raise a glass for the new MR & Mrs Kilmartin!

Oh WOW!! Yesterday I photographed the most amazing wedding at Blacknest Golf and Country Club. Susie and Nigal had the place dressed up with the most amazing country theming. With hay-bales, anvils, more horse shoes than I’ve ever seen in one place, barrels, the lot! You name it they had it! They even brought the dogs! We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony and the sun was beaming! Nigal and Susie had made many of their decorations by hand including the most amazing gift, a horse named ‘Noble’ made entirely out of welded horseshoes and various metals and adorned with flowers. It looked incredible!

Later we took a drive in a couple of golf buggies out to some of the stunning area’s of the course for a few photos of just Susie and Nigal. I’d like to thank the staff at Blacknest for all their help and for the amazing effort they put in despite the heat!
