This week I had the pleasure of being asked to photograph a cake smash for baby George’s 1st birthday! We had a real laugh photographing ‘curious George’ as it turns out he ‘loves’ to throw things. Mix that trait with food and you get, well, a ‘smashing’ time! My favourite moment had to be when he tried to throw a big chunk of icing only for it to land onto of his head, of course he was oblivious to where it had gone but it was much to our amusement! After play time he had a little bath and again more laughs with him throwing his sponge out of the bath and the letter ‘e’ falling off the side of the bath, changing the wording ‘I am one’ to I am on’.
I can’t wait to get the rest of the pictures to the client and see their reaction from this super fun and cute baby cake smash! More photos will appear soon!
